ur youth and young adult population in the DC region is in a crisis. They are undereducated, unemployed and unskilled. Such realities lead to increased crime, violence and drug abuse throughout our impoverished neighborhoods and Urban Ed is making a call to action to help end the crisis especially during these economic times.

Urban Ed is committed to helping low income youth and young adults throughout the District of Columbia and the region gain the capacity to secure their futures and be contributing members in the economic vitality of our city.
